Can I access my data on the web without an internet connection?
You can access your data in the web app when offline if you have an account protected by a Master Password and you've previously logged in to Dashlane on the device and browser you're using. If you use single sign-on (SSO) to log in to Dashlane, you can access your account offline on mobile devices as long as you've previously set up biometrics or a PIN code. Offline access isn't available for passwordless accounts.
Does the web app need any specific configuration for my antivirus or firewall?
Antivirus policies shouldn't impact the web app. Firewall configuration should allow access to the various domains required for the app to sync, update, and perform other functions.
